The Training Roll is an alternative to the Fit-Ball Roller, from which it differs due to its bigger dimension and its higher elasticity. This particularly versatile tool can be used both lengthwise and vertically allowing for several contact and supporting positions as well as many different instability responses. It is excellent for the core strengthening and specific stretching exercises. Also suitable for relaxation and for many Yoga positions.
