Quality Standards

In pursuing the company mission as well as maintaining high quality standards, the production is located in Italy. The company does not use child labor in the production process.

The raw material used in the production process is high quality PVC (vinyl) in compliance with the REACH – EC 1907/2006 chemical regulation. In order to provide customers with increasing safety and quality, the Gymnic articles are completely free of phthalates, latex, lead and BPA.

Sustainability

The environmental issue and the safeguard of our territory are very important topics to us. The manufacturing process does not generate any toxic exhaust emissions in the atmosphere. Moreover the majority of our products is 100% recyclable (PVC 3 category).

Medical Devices

Physiotherapy and rehab are significant target markets for our company. For this reason, we offer a range of products that are specially designed to fulfil the requirements of the (EU) 2017/745 regulation about Class I Medical Devices. Each product belonging to this group is identified by the “Medical Device” logo and CE-marked.

Toys

Products included in the Toy category are CE and UKCA marked and comply with the European Directive 2009/48/EC Toy Safety EN-71, the UK Toys Safety Regulations 2011 and the US ASTM F963-17 Standard Consumer Safety Specification on Toy Safety. The recommended age for a correct use is provided on the packaging and on the enclosed instructions.

Traceability

In compliance with the European regulations for Toys and Medical Devices, the Gymnic products are provided with a four-digit tracking number (production lot). This identification number is applied on the product (or on the enclosed instructions) and on the master carton. In case of claim, this number needs to be reported in order to identify the production lot.


The warranty period for the Gymnic products shall be 1 YEAR from the date of the proof of purchase. The guarantee exclusively covers production failures. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages caused by improper use. In order to process a claim, the product at issue needs to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
